Terms & Conditions

1. Items are based on first come first serve basis.
2. We will not bear any consequences for any lost mails, therefore registered postage is highly recommended.
3. Once our invoice is sent out it is a CONFIRMED order.
4. Any forms of delaying payments/backing out after a confirmed order is considered as a DEAD BUYERDEAD BUYERS will be banned from any future transactions with us.
5.Please make payments within 24hours after we have sent out the invoice.
6. Do allow 48hours for us to mail out your items after receiving payments.
7. Do not make payment unless we have issued you the invoice.
8. We accept payments via POSB/UOB bank transfer. However, if you do not own any bank account, we do accept cash deposit.
9. Concealed cash are not entertained.
10. Provide all the information as shown on the receipt a clear snapshot of it after making payments.
11. Please do not use any machines that do not provide receipts.
12. Make sure that you have enough funds before proceeding to deal with us.
13. Trades are possible for any defects items mailed back to us within 48hours upon receiving it. We will reject any if it's over 48hours.
14. ChirpingBird should reserve the rights to amend the T&Cs at any time.
15. Shopping here is only available in Singapore.
